1. General Terms & Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms", "this Agreement", or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player", "User", or "you") and taj71 (hereinafter referred to as "taj71", "the Platform", "we", "our", or "us"). These Terms govern all aspects of your use of the taj71 online casino and sports betting platform accessible at https://taj71.app and any associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, or application environments.

By completing the registration process, accessing the platform, placing any wager, or making any deposit, you unambiguously confirm that you have read this Agreement in its entirety, that you understand its contents, and that you accept and agree to be legally bound by all provisions contained herein. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must refrain from using the platform immediately.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of the taj71 platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during which they maintain an active account:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. taj71 operates a strict zero-tolerance policy with respect to underage gambling. Any account found to have been registered by or used by a person under the age of 18 will be immediately suspended and all funds held pending investigation.
• You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the platform is lawful in your location.
• You must be registering and playing as an individual in your own personal capacity. Corporate accounts, accounts opened on behalf of a third party, and accounts operated jointly by multiple individuals are not permitted.

• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.

3. Account Registration & Security

To access real-money games and betting markets on taj71, you are required to create a registered player account. Each individual may hold only one active account on the platform at any given time. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same name, address, device, payment method, or IP address — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any associated balances.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and preferred payment method. • Account Security: If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must contact the taj71 support team immediately via live chat. taj71 accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised access that arises from your failure to maintain credential confidentiality.
• Contact Details: You are responsible for keeping your registered contact details up to date. Outdated contact information may delay account verification, payment processing, or critical security communications.
• KYC Verification: taj71 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in accordance with responsible gaming and anti-money-laundering standards. You may be required to submit identity documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method at any point. Failure to complete KYC to our satisfaction may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

taj71 supports a range of payment methods tailored to players in Bangladesh, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All financial transactions on the platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳) unless expressly stated otherwise. Deposits: Deposits made via bKash or Nagad are credited to your taj71 wallet in real time upon successful confirmation by the respective mobile financial service network. Deposits via card methods are typically credited within minutes. taj71 does not charge any processing fee on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed back to the same payment method used for the original deposit, subject to successful identity verification. Our target processing time for standard withdrawal requests is under 24 hours from the time the request is submitted. Withdrawals are processed during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours. Requests submitted outside business hours are queued for processing on the next available business day.

• All withdrawals are subject to completion of KYC verification. Unverified accounts may not withdraw funds.
• taj71 reserves the right to request additional documentation to support any withdrawal request, particularly for large amounts or where unusual account activity has been identified.
• Funds deposited but not wagered at least once may be subject to a processing review before withdrawal is approved, as a standard anti-fraud measure.

• In the event that a payment provider is unable to process a withdrawal, taj71 will contact you to arrange an alternative method.

taj71 reserves the right to delay, withhold, or reverse any financial transaction where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or any other violation of these Terms. In such cases, the platform may freeze account funds pending a full investigation, during which time the account holder will be notified and given the opportunity to respond.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

taj71 offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing players, including but not limited to deposit match bonuses, free spin awards, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms and conditions, which are published on the relevant promotion page at the time the offer is made available.

The following general principles apply to all bonuses and promotional offers on the taj71 platform unless the specific promotion's terms expressly state otherwise:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly on the promotion page. Players must complete the stated wagering requirement within the validity period of the bonus.
• One Bonus Per Player: Unless explicitly stated, each promotional offer is available once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address. Attempting to claim a bonus multiple times via duplicate accounts constitutes bonus abuse and will result in account suspension.
• Bonus Validity: Bonuses that are not claimed or wagered within their stated validity period will expire automatically and cannot be reinstated.

Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable rules before placing any wager. The following general principles apply across all products:

• Finality of Bets: Once confirmed, all bets are final and cannot be cancelled or amended by the player. In the event of a technical error that results in an incorrect confirmation, taj71 reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the staked amount to the player's account balance.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Each game and betting market specifies minimum and maximum stake limits. These limits are displayed within the game interface or betting market view. taj71 reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time.
• Game Outcomes: The outcomes of all RNG (Random Number Generator) games on the platform are determined by certified random number generation technology. • Errors and Malfunctions: In the event of a manifest error in the display of odds, prices, or game settings, taj71 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes. A manifest error is defined as a technical or human error that results in prices or odds being offered that are clearly inconsistent with market conditions at the time the bet was placed.

7. Prohibited Conduct & Fraud

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the taj71 platform. Engaging in any of the conduct listed below may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of all balances (including deposits and winnings), and where appropriate, referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false identity information, falsifying identity documents, or impersonating another individual during registration or KYC verification.
• Opening or operating multiple accounts with the intent to circumvent account-level limits, exploit promotional offers, or evade a prior suspension or exclusion.
• Using the platform for any money laundering activity, including depositing funds derived from criminal activity or using the platform as a mechanism to obscure the origin of funds.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, crawlers, or any other artificial intelligence tool to interact with the platform, place bets, or exploit game mechanics in a manner not available to standard users.
• Exploiting any identified software error, glitch, or loophole to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from exploiting a known or suspected platform error are not payable and will be voided.
• Engaging in collusion with other players, including co-ordinating bets across multiple accounts to guarantee returns or to exploit bonus structures.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing any member of the taj71 support team or any other player on the platform.
• Attempting to intercept, interfere with, or compromise the security of the taj71 platform or its underlying infrastructure.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited, and where taj71 has specifically restricted access in accordance with applicable law.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

taj71 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we determine — in our sole and reasonable judgment — that any of the following circumstances apply:

• The account holder has breached any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• The account holder has provided false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent stage.
• The account holder has failed to complete mandatory KYC verification within the specified timeframe.
• There is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity associated with the account.
• The account holder has been identified as a minor (under 18 years of age).
• Continued operation of the account would expose taj71 to regulatory, legal, or reputational risk.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be withheld pending the outcome of an investigation. Balances associated with fraudulent activity will be permanently forfeited. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to any breach by the player — for example, as a result of a business decision by taj71 to cease operations in a particular market — the player's verified balance will be returned via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Player-Initiated Closure: Players who wish to close their account voluntarily may do so by contacting the support team via live chat. If the closure request is related to responsible gaming concerns, the support team will refer the player to the self-exclusion process and ensure that appropriate safeguards are applied before the account is deactivated. Dormant Accounts: An account is considered dormant if it has not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. taj71 reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee to dormant accounts after this period, deducted from the remaining account balance. Players will be notified via their registered email address before any dormancy fee is applied.
